The App gives your leaseholders another convenient way to access the information and services available to them, helping you provide a more transparent and connected experience.
Your company branding set up in the main Property Portal settings automatically carries through to the App.
Can Management Team members and Directors access additional property information?
If you are a Management Team member or Director within a block, then you are presented with visibility of more functionality, in addition to the rest of the Property Portal features that you get as a leaseholder.
Home page
On the home page you will see the banner which indicates that you are in the Management Team / Directors Property Portal.
Messages
If your agent has the ticketing module enabled then the Management Team / Directors of a block will also have visibility of tickets that have been specifically made available to them and not regular leaseholders, and these tickets have the word Management on them.
Documents
The agent is able to share specific documents with the Management Team / Directors of a block that are not shared with other regular leaseholders, and those documents that are shared with all leaseholders are flagged in the Property Portal with the initials LH in red.
Reporting
The agent has the flexibility to share a range of reports with the Management Team / Directors of a block that are not shared with other regular leaseholders.
Management Team and Director users of the Blocks Online App will not see Management Team-only messages or additional document folders within the App. These remain available through the web-based Property Portal.
